Taste of the West run a series of food awards. Our Wild Garlic Wine Vinegar won a gold award and as a result we were invited to take part in the recipe collection which features other gold award food producers. Natalie Legg chef at The Acorn Inn in Dorchester, Dorset, developed a Lamb Kofta dish using our Wild Garlic Wine Vinegar and Aaron and Suzanne Janes chefs at The Harbour Hotel, Newquay Cornwall, created a crab and shellfish dish also using our Wild Garlic Wine Vinegar.
