A little more detail…
We were so sure we wanted to include Orange and Lemon as a fruity citrus flavour, but where to source the fruit? We want to promote local growing and organic where possible so the Crowd Farming scheme seemed ideal. Supporting small independent organic farms in rural Spain by sponsoring a tree enables those farmers to plan their harvest and guarantee the sale of their crop. The produce is excellent of course and has made the most splendid vinegar.
